Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). CSAE, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, refers to any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating, possessing, distributing, or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, and other media.
• Grooming a child for sexual exploitation, which involves any actions intended to build a relationship with a child for the purpose of sexual abuse.
• Sextorting a child, which involves coercing or threatening a child to produce sexual images or videos.
• Trafficking of a child for sex, which involves the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, or receipt of a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
• Any other behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity related to CSAE on our platform. We will take immediate and decisive action, including but not limited to:

• Immediately suspending or terminating your account.
• Removing any content related to CSAE.
• Reporting any suspected CSAE activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• Cooperating fully with law enforcement investigations.

We are committed to creating a safe environment for all our users, and the protection of children is our utmost priority. By using our app, you acknowledge and agree to this zero-tolerance policy regarding CSAE. If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe constitutes CSAE, please report it to us immediately through the designated reporting mechanisms within the app or by contacting us directly at compliance@jumbow.io.
